Talk to us
Before you buy, after you buy, or when something is not right. A person reads every message and replies within one business day.
Prefer email: contact@kineticshome.com. Or call +1 703-402-7344. We are a small team and we do not use a chatbot.
Returns
60 nights to decide, no restocking fee. Read the policy.
Order status
Send your order number above and we will pull the tracking.
Press and wholesale
Use the form and tell us which one. Those go to the same inbox.
Fit questions before you buy
Measure from the top of your shoulder to the side of your neck while lying on your side, and tell us the number. That single measurement answers most fit questions faster than a paragraph of description does.
